Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times will also be shown at the time of purchase. Please note that delivery timelines begin after your order has been processed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You may use this number to monitor your shipment directly with the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Stick Stud is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Items
